Techniques and therapies I use:

Gestalt therapy
Gestalt therapy helps people find their own resources to support and overcome their conflicts and personal situations, based on the present moment, what is happening here and now, with acceptance and without judgment. Gestalt therapy helps us to know ourselves better and become aware of behaviors that limit or hinder our lives and personal relationships. It also helps us free ourselves from limiting internal beliefs.
Therapeutic hypnosis
Trance states are part of our normal, daily experience, like when we are in the clouds. Whenever you don’t control what you do, you’re, in a way, mesmerized by your unconscious and you see, feel, or do things a certain way. Cognitive hypnotherapy “de-hypnotizes” you in order to gain control over those aspects of life that you want to change. In other words, cognitive hypnotherapy uses the patient’s natural trance states to uncover feelings, thoughts, and patterns responsible for the problem and its maintenance. In cognitive hypnotherapy sessions you enjoy an expanded state of consciousness that allows you to enter your unconscious despite being conscious at all times.
Contemplative practices: mindfulness and meditation
Meditation allows you to rediscover your center, your essence in silence, it allows you to connect with your body, your breathing and your purpose. In addition, meditation helps prevent stress, anxiety, improves focus and attention, while increasing overall mental and emotional health and well-being.
Coaching
The coach establishes a collaborative relationship with the client and accompanies them in their process of creating and designing what they want. The coach remembers the strengths of his client, helps him connect with his own resources, and focuses on his goals so that the client takes action. The coach believes at all times in the change and potential of the client. Life coaching helps you to be clear about what you want to achieve, and that energy and motivation are always present, focusing your attention on what you want, helping you walk the path to your personal success.
NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)
NeuroLinguistic Programming refers to the fact that our thoughts are made up of words that give meaning to the present experience thanks to neural circuits in our brain. When we mentally repeat the same words and thoughts, this message becomes a program. These already installed programs produce emotions that direct our behaviors and our reactions. Throughout our lives we have installed hundreds of programs that we accept without realizing whether they favor us or harm us. NLP allows you to access and modify these programs.
Integrative Body Therapy
The body is one of the keys to identifying and unlocking conflicts and emotions. Body therapy comprises a set of therapeutic techniques such as breathing, movement, bioenergetics and expression that make it easier for people to listen to the messages our body gives us, to learn how to release it from blockages, armor and tension.
Enneagram
The enneagram of the personality proposes nine basic human characters that constitute the map of the enneagram, very useful to identify and clarify our psychological functioning. It is a very powerful tool that provides us with a guide for the discovery and acceptance of our greatest limitations, with the purpose of transcending them, while helping us to understand the limitations of others, which facilitates better relationships, more tolerance. and compassion. With the enneagram we can explore the "how" we show ourselves in front of the world and "why". It helps us to know who we really are so that we can live a life from the authenticity of being.
Family constellations
Family constellations are a method derived from family systemic therapy that help to understand conflicts and difficulties in both family and other relationships. These are interventions that help to understand what prevents the relationship from being harmonious and helps love to flow again between members of the system, thus creating a sense of peace, well-being and relief for all family members or meaningful relationships.
Trauma reprocessing and neuroscientific techniques: EMDR, Brainspot, Hemispheric Bilateral Stimulation
The neuroscientific techniques they use activate specific neural networks through brainspot and alternative stimulation of the cerebral hemispheres. This alternative stimulation can be achieved through eye movements (EMDR: Desensitization and Reprocessing by Eye Movements), alternating touches on the hands, legs or arms, visual or auditory stimulation. The aim is to achieve a desensitization and reprocessing of the memory that generates discomfort to obtain a reconsolidation of the same so that it remains as an adaptive learning experience. It is a therapy that works with the three temporal aspects: - Past, to process memories that have contributed to discomfort or trauma - Present, to process situations that cause disturbance and symptoms - Future, through templates on future events linked to processed experiences, which enable appropriate coping and develop the necessary resources and skills.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping
EFT is a form of acupressure, based on the energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture. This is a simple tapping with your fingertips on the specific meridians of the head and chest while verbalizing the specific problem and making positive affirmations. This way we can get rid of feelings that have us blocked, that do not allow us to move forward and cause us discomfort.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy
It is aimed at modifying behaviors and thoughts. It is relatively active and directive in the sense that the patient not only has to reflect, but in general has to perform actions and tasks to put into practice aspects worked on in the sessions.
Focusing
The Focusing process seeks, first, to pay attention to the bodily “felt sensation,” which gives information about how the body feels about a particular problem or difficulty. This sensation can be symbolized in words or images that resonate with it. In the process of Focusing, the individual moves from the sensation felt towards a bodily resolution, promoting an internal change.
Regressions
Regression to the past is one of the tools used in therapeutic hypnosis. It allows you to powerfully resolve past conflicts that get in the way of your present.
